Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our quality policy is: to prevent defective products from being sold outside. Therefore, we strictly implement the requirements of ISO-9001 when formulating quality requirements, including incoming material inspection, first inspection, process inspection, packaging inspection, QA shipment inspection, etc. To produce better quality products, the technical department fully supports the production department in making work instructions, fixtures, etc., so that production can be of higher quality and efficiency.
Quality Control Procedures
1. Engineering department develops products - engineering QC acceptance - provides first-piece board reference to production department. 2. Incoming materials will be inspected by IQC and put into the warehouse if they are qualified; if they are not qualified, they will be returned to the supplier. 3. Process control: First article test in the production department - QC full inspection (power amplifier, SD, USB, radio, RCA, Bluetooth and other full functions) - Qualified packaging - QA will carry out random inspections according to AQL 1.0/2.5 and then ship the goods.
